modern equipment shaded section panoramic view
the gym features modern equipment. it has three treadmills. the pool area has many loungers. a nice shaded section is available there. breakfast offered a wide variety. the panoramic view from the breakfast area was excellent.
the minibar prices were rather high for some items.

uninterested staff inadequate soundproofing
The service was not what I expected. The front desk staff seemed uninterested in assisting with basic requests, and getting a simple question answered reminded me of a chore. the soundproofing in my room was inadequate. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. This made it difficult to relax, especially at night.
